unique features:

Lots! Virtually all of the documents in volume 1 are new, while volume 2 contains a wealth of photos and bios of the lesser-known nobility who attended the ball.

in my opinion:

A richly made set full of unique images and information. VERY expensive, but consensus among Romanov bibliophiles seems to be that it's well worth the price.
