Part Three - The Wounded Back in Petrograd Less Than Three Weeks After They Started

Among the victims was the gallant commander, Marie Bochkarieva, who was severely wounded. Thirty out of the three hundred and fifty had been killed, many taken prisoners, and between sixty and seventy wounded. Among the latter was Mademoiselle Skridlova, the daughter of the admiral, who is suffering from shell shock, and, it is said, will never recover.
