Part Three - A Group of Children Orphaned by the Revolution

The problem of providing for the thousands of children orphaned by the revolution was a serious one. A colony was established near Petrograd where 10,000 of them were cared for by the state. (This was in Tsarskoe Selo - Bob Atchison)
