Portrait GslleryThis gallery joins the Church of the Crucifixion to the third floor of the Terems Palace.  On its vaults are painted portraits of the Romanov Dynasty.  The tiled floor in chisled stone is artistic and ancient work.  All along the walls are wooden benches which are equally ancient.  the windows open onto the southern court of the Palace and the bays opposite them open onto the Terrace of the Savior-on-High.
